Terms of use

The terms for using this public website and participating in the thodaSocial pilot.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

The service

thodaSocial is operated by crazyNess as an independent project. It provides tools for preparing, reviewing and scheduling social content within an authorized private pilot. This website describes the project; it does not provide public account registration.

Authorization and responsibility

Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your content, the rights to your media, your platform permissions, and confirming the destination, caption and schedule before approving publication.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, abuse, unauthorized account access or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Do not share credentials with other people or paste secrets into public messages.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit thodaSocial and its service providers to process and transmit that content as necessary to perform actions you authorize.

Platform dependencies

Connections and supported formats depend on each platform’s policies, permissions and technical availability. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X do not endorse thodaSocial. A scheduled time is an instruction to attempt publishing, not a guarantee that a platform will accept the post at that exact time.

Pilot limitations

The service is under active development. Features may change, and interruptions or publishing failures can occur. Keep your own copies of important content and check publishing results. No uptime or continuous platform access is promised.

Stopping use

You may stop using the pilot and revoke connected-platform permissions. Access may be suspended to address abuse or security issues. Data deletion instructions explain how to request removal of stored information.

Data protection

We process personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable workspace notice. Authorized team members and assistants must use it only within granted access, protect credentials, and cooperate with rights requests and incident handling. Contact the operator to withdraw consent or raise a grievance. These terms do not remove statutory rights.

Questions and changes

Use the contact form to reach crazyNess. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page; material pilot changes will be communicated to participants. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
